The fruit is remarkable with its intensely attractive washed red color. The flesh offers an exceptional taste experience, characterized by remarkable sweetness, a Brix degree of 13 to 14, minimal acidity of 6 g/L, pronounced density, and appreciable firmness of 7.5 kg/cm². In terms of preservation, it stands out for its exceptional potential, being able to be preserved for 8 months in normal cold at 3°C, with excellent condition even after coming out of cold storage, thus prolonging the fruit’s taste and textural quality.
